Actually, it does. The equality act applies to all service providers, and that means anyone selling things to the public – be that goods or services. If you are one of these then you have to make reasonable adjustments. You can get ramps deom £18 including VAT, so it isn’t a great expense. Much cheaper than having action taken against you for failing to make adjustments.
